We are urgently seeking an experienced and professional Customer Service Agent to join our team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to start work immediately and has the necessary security clearance already in place. PLEASE NOTE: WE CAN ONLY CONSIDER CANDIDATES WHO MEET ALL THREE OF THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS. ?? THE 3 ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS ?? - YOU MUST ALREADY BE BASED IN THE UK - You must currently be physically based in the UK. - Applications from candidates based outside the UK will not be considered. - You must be available to work in Birmingham. - - YOU MUST ALREADY HOLD VALID NPPV CLEARANCE ?? - Existing NPPV clearance is an absolute requirement for this position. - You must already hold the required NPPV clearance before applying. - Candidates who require NPPV clearance, are awaiting clearance, or intend to apply for clearance will NOT be considered. - NO EXISTING NPPV CLEARANCE = NO APPLICATION. - - YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY ? - You must be available to start work immediately. - Candidates with lengthy notice periods or who cannot start straight away will not be suitable. - IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY IS ESSENTIAL. ALL THREE REQUIREMENTS ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE: UK-BASED, ALREADY NPPV-CLEARED, AND AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY. The Role As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for delivering a professional, efficient and customer-focused service. You will handle customer enquiries, provide accurate information, maintain clear records and ensure all interactions are managed professionally and in line with relevant procedures. Key responsibilities include: - Responding to customer enquiries by telephone, email and other communication channels. - Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries efficiently. - Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information. - Handling sensitive information professionally and confidentially. - Following established processes, policies and security requirements. - Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times. Salary, Hours & Location - Salary: £26,000 per annum. - Location: Birmingham, UK. - Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. - Start date: Immediate. - Security requirement: Must already hold the required NPPV clearance.
