We are recruiting for a customer service representative, based in Magna Park, Lutterworth.
Key responsibilities would include the following:
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner. · - Make outbound customer calls to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction. - Monitor and achieve KPIs related to customer service performance. - Use internal systems including Sharp to manage customer information and service records. - Maintain and update spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel with a high level of accuracy. - Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery. - Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and ownership of tasks.Â
Hours of work: Monday - Friday - 06:00 - 15:00 with 1hr unpaid break
