Data Administrator

My client are a large global organisation who are looking for a Data Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate is organised and structured, with excellent communication skills.

This role is starting immediately and requires a candidate to work full time -

3 days office based / 2 WFH

Main Duties Include:-

• • Trace individuals to reunite them with our clients using a variety of internal and external platforms
  • Order certificates from registry offices and consolidate the expenses
  • Process large data files through internal systems and ensure deadlines are met
  • Receive, distribute and record post, data entry and filing
  • Take inbound and outbound telephone calls in order to re-engage individuals with our clients
  • Engage with and support key stakeholders from across the business
  • Perform other duties as reasonably assigned
