Depot Administrator - Temporary Opportunity (Order Processing & Stock Focus)

We've got a fantastic opportunity for a detail-driven individual to join a busy depot in Fenstanton. If you enjoy juggling admin, stock, and a bit of customer service, this role ticks all the boxes!
What You'll Be Doing
As the Depot Administrator, your job is to keep things ticking over smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be the go-to for all things order processing, stock control, and compliance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Order Processing: Keeping paperwork accurate and orders running like clockwork.
- Customer Service: Handling trade counter enquiries and the occasional cash sale - you'll be the friendly face at the front.
- Stock Management: Helping the depot maintain the right stock levels and avoid supply hiccups.
- Compliance & Regulations: Ensuring everything follows the rules - from BASIS regs to H&S checks.
- Finance Support: Assisting with accurate accounting, stock records, and safeguarding company property.
- Team Collaboration: Working with local and wider teams to make sure everything's aligned.
What You'll Bring
- Solid admin skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Experience in order processing or stock control (or both!).
- Understanding of industry regulations like BASIS or Poisons? Even better.
- A head for numbers and some basic finance know-how.
- A team-focused mindset and strong communication skills.
- The ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-moving environment.
- Access to your own transport will make the commute to Fenstanton a breeze.

- Hours: 40 per week | Monday to Friday | 7am-4pm (1-hour lunch)
