Development Engagement & Aftercare Manager
Rate: £27 per hour PAYE
Contract: 12 weeks initially (covering a permanent post)
Location: West London (office-based, 5 days per week when required)
Start: ASAP

A forward-thinking West London Council is seeking an experienced Development Engagement & Aftercare Manager to support its ambitious regeneration and development programme. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible difference by improving local communities and helping residents settle into new, high-quality homes.

You’ll play an instrumental part in ensuring development projects are delivered with transparency and collaboration, leading engagement activity and providing an excellent aftercare experience for residents moving into new developments. If you’re passionate about place-making, communication, and customer care, this is a role that will suit you perfectly.

Key Responsibilities
Lead on communication, consultation, and stakeholder engagement across a range of residential-led development schemes.
Manage onboarding and aftercare services to ensure a smooth and responsive process for new residents.
Act as a trusted point of contact for residents, developers, and internal teams, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and positively.
Support data recording, reporting, and continuous service improvement.
Work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment and be available to attend the office in West London up to five days per week.

About You
Experience working within a London regeneration scheme, local authority, or similar housing-led development environment.
Strong understanding of onboarding and aftercare for residents.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging with a range of audiences.
A proactive problem-solver with strong organisational and reporting skills.
Committed to providing outstanding service and ensuring positive resident experiences.

Why Apply
This is your chance to join a progressive West London Council at a defining moment in its development programme. You’ll be part of a team that values co-production, collaboration, and results that truly benefit the local community.

If you’re ready to take ownership of a high-impact role and deliver real outcomes for residents, we’d love to hear from you.
