A respected boutique firm in central London is looking for a Dispute resolution solicitor / Civil Litigation Solicitor to join its specialist disputes team. This is an opportunity to work on a varied and high?quality caseload, spanning medium to high?value contractual disputes, professional negligence claims, property ownership matters, and fiduciary disputes.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of your own files from instruction through to resolution, including:

• Managing a mixed caseload and progressing matters efficiently
• Drafting pleadings, correspondence, and settlement proposals
• Attending hearings, conferences, and mediations
• Supporting senior lawyers on complex or high?value disputes
• Supervising junior team members where appropriate

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
• At least 3 years’ experience in civil litigation or general dispute resolution
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client?handling skills
• Confident managing a varied caseload and working collaboratively within a close?knit team
