What We're Looking For:

Early Career Teacher (ECT) status or recently obtained QTS -
Classroom experience within Key Stage 1 during placements or previous roles -
Good knowledge of the national curriculum and teaching strategies -
A positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn and grow
