Electricians – Heathrow Airport – £22.50 to £25.00 per hour Location: Heathrow Airport Pay Rate: £22.50 – £25.00 per hour (dependent on experience) We are currently working with a well-established and reputable facilities and construction services provider, operating successfully for over a decade. This organisation specialises in full construction fit-outs and facilities maintenance for high-end commercial environments, including airports, showrooms, and retail spaces. They are seeking skilled Electricians to join their team, supporting ongoing operations at Heathrow Airport. This role involves a combination of commercial installation, testing, and inspection work across airport lounges, restaurants, and retail outlets. Key Requirements: - City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 in Electrical Installations - 2391 or 2394/2395 Inspection and Testing qualification - Previous experience in commercial or airport environments is advantageous Role Overview: - Carrying out electrical testing, inspection, and installation works - Working across a variety of commercial environments within airport terminals - Primarily based at Heathrow. - Mixture of daytime and nighttime shifts, with flexibility around work hours What’s on Offer: - Competitive hourly rate: £22.50 – £25.00 (DOE) - Company van provided, with fuel stations located at Heathrow and Gatwick - Company mobile phone - Stakeholder Pension Scheme - Death in Service Scheme - 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays - Regular day shifts: 07:45 – 16:30 - Night shifts: Typically, 21:00 – 03:30/04:00 - Flexible working hours: overtime opportunities with no cap on hours worked - Overtime paid at enhanced rates: - Time and a half for night work (Monday to Saturday) - Double time on Sundays - On average, 6–8-night shifts per month for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), scheduled flexibly around lounge access and service needs This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with long-term contracts in premium commercial environments.
