| Electronics Engineer Location: High Wycombe Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm  Are you an experienced Electronics Engineer with a passion for innovation and product development? We’re looking for a detail-driven individual to join our team and play a key role in designing, testing, and delivering high-quality electronic systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.  What You’ll Be Doing: - Design and develop PCBs and electrical circuits for new and existing products - Select components and ensure compliance with EMC and LVD regulations - Conduct long-term product testing, fault finding, and performance evaluations - Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and software developers - Write test specifications, wiring diagrams, and maintain detailed design documentation - Support suppliers and manufacturers to ensure correct build standards - Provide in-house technical support and training to internal teams What We’re Looking For: - 3 to 5 years of experience in electronic engineering, with a strong focus on product development - Proven experience in designing PCB boards and working on end-to-end engineering projects - Practical understanding of EMC and LVD standards - Hands-on experience with schematic design and PCB layout tools - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple project deadlines - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Previous experience with lighting control systems is a plus What’s in It for You: - Competitive salary: £35,000 – £50,000 - 35-hour work week - 25 days annual leave - Vitality healthcare plan and life insurance - Pension scheme - Paid overtime - Healthy snacks provided in the office - Ongoing training and development opportunities If you’re ready to take the next step in your electronics career and join a company that values creativity, teamwork, and technical excellence, we’d love to hear from you.
