Employment Solicitor - Manchester

A highly regarded, Legal500-recognised employment law team is seeking a motivated and commercially astute solicitor to join its thriving practice based out of their Manchester office. This is a rare opportunity to work within a specialist department known for its strategic support to business clients across a range of sectors.

You’ll predominantly working with business clients on a broad spectrum of employment law matters, including:

• Day-to-day HR advisory and risk management
• TUPE, restructures, and redundancy programmes
• Employment contracts, policies, and handbooks
• Tribunal litigation and dispute resolution
• Senior exits and settlement agreements

In order to be successful, you will need to be able to demonstrate:

• 2–5PQE experience in employment law – with at least 50% of your workload being on behalf of employers
• Strong commercial awareness and client-facing confidence
• Proven ability to build relationships with business clients
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to legal challenges
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
