English Graduate Teaching Assistant – Manchester
Are you a recent English graduate thinking about a future in teaching? This exciting role offers you the chance to gain real classroom experience in a supportive and high-achieving secondary school near central Manchester. It's the perfect stepping stone into teacher training, allowing you to work alongside experienced educators while developing your own skills and confidence in a dynamic school environment.

*** Supporting English across Key Stage 3 and 4

The Role
As an English Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers in the English department to support students in developing their reading, writing, and analytical skills. You will deliver small group interventions, offer 1:1 support, and help pupils gain confidence in both English Literature and Language. Your role will contribute to raising attainment, especially in preparation for GCSE exams.
