Location: Edinburgh Park, EH12
Salary: £45,000+ per annum + FLM Bonus Scheme + Pension
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (7:30am–4:00pm) + occasional events

Your Role: Lead, Inspire, Transform

As Executive Head Chef, you’ll:

• Spearhead culinary excellence across all services including employee dining, private dining, and hospitality
• Collaborate with UK culinary and marketing leaders to deliver memorable food moments
• Be the key ambassador the business in food innovation and guest experience
• Take full ownership of food and labour budgets, margins, cost control, and supply chain relationships
• Drive employee engagement through mentoring, training, and professional development
• Support sustainability and modern dietary practices, ensuring compliance with food safety and legislation

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven success as an Executive Chef in high-end contract catering, premium restaurants, or luxury hotels
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style and a genuine love of food and people
• Strong financial acumen—capable of managing budgets, margins, and cost-efficiencies
• Experience managing VIP hospitality and creating high-quality, bespoke dining experiences
• A track record of inspiring, mentoring, and upskilling culinary teams
• Up-to-date knowledge of allergens, calorie legislation, and sustainable food practices
