We are seeking an experienced and reliable College Scout / Housekeeper to join a professional housekeeping team in Oxford during the busy summer period.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a prestigious Oxford college environment, helping to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation for students, staff, guests and conference visitors.
The role is based on a rota working any 5 days out of 7. Flexibility is essential, and some weekend shifts will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cleaning student bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and communal areas to a high standard
* Preparing and servicing guest and conference accommodation
* Vacuuming, dusting, mopping and sanitising designated areas
* Replenishing toiletries, linen and cleaning supplies
* Reporting maintenance or health and safety concerns promptly
* Supporting the housekeeping team during busy conference and summer periods
* Ensuring all areas remain clean, safe and welcoming at all times Requirements:
* Previous hotel housekeeping or college cleaning experience is essential
* Strong attention to detail and high standards of work
* Reliable, punctual and professional approach
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Flexibility to work weekends as part of the rota What's on Offer:
