- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- The ability to work independently, plan your week, and hit sales targets
- A proactive, customer-first attitude with a focus on long-term relationship building
- Ideally, a book of contacts or clients you can bring with you

What You’ll Get in Return

- Base salary of £35,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience)
- Uncapped bonus scheme, generous earning potential for high performers
- Company pension scheme
- Free on-site parking
- Supportive team environment with career development opportunities
- Autonomy and trust to run your territory as if it were your own business

Working Hours

- Monday to Friday
- Full-time, permanent position
- Field-based with access to branch support as needed
