Facilities Assistant - School Environment

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking General Assistant to join a busy school environment. If you enjoy working as part of a team, meeting new people, and getting stuck into a range of tasks, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Moving and setting up furniture for events, classrooms, and daily operations.
• Providing customer facing support to staff, students, and visitors.
• Assisting with general duties across the school site.
• Supporting the smooth day to day running of the school.
• Carrying out manual handling tasks safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional working environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and moving furniture.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in wherever needed.
• Manual Handling Training is required (or willingness to complete training).
