Job Title: Temporary Billing Administrator Location: Blaby, Leicestershire Contract: Temporary (until at least end of January 2026, potential to extend) Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am – 2:00pm Pay Rate: £12.50 – £13.50 per hour (depending on experience)
About the Role: My client, a well-established business based in Blaby, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Administrator to join their friendly team on a temporary basis. This role will run until at least the end of January, with the potential to be extended.
You will play a key role in supporting the finance and administration team, ensuring that all billing and invoicing processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Duties:
- Processing customer invoices and credit notes - Checking data for accuracy and ensuring all information is correctly entered - Managing billing queries and resolving discrepancies - Assisting with month-end invoicing and reporting - Liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication - General administrative support as required
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience within an administration role - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Good communication and organisational skills - Confident using Excel - Able to work independently as well as part of a team
