| Finance Assistant Location: Colnbrook Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 Contract: Permanent Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum Reporting to: Head of Finance ------------------------- About the Company Our client is a global logistics provider specialising in E-Commerce, Express Courier, Cargo Services, and One-Stop Logistics Solutions. They support the transit of international imports and exports with a strong focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction. We are now seeking a motivated Finance Assistant to join their Finance Department and play a key role in supporting the smooth running of day-to-day operations. ------------------------- The Role As Finance Assistant, you’ll support with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, and management reporting. You’ll help ensure all financial processes run efficiently and meet month-end deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Processing and uploading sales invoices into Sage with correct coding - Processing purchase invoices and supplier payments - Allocating customer and supplier receipts - Monthly reconciliations (bank, debtors, creditors, and operating systems) - Assisting with monthly management accounts preparation - Ad hoc finance and administrative duties  About You We’re looking for someone confident, detail-oriented, and proactive who can work independently while being part of a supportive team.  Essential Skills: - Minimum GCSE (A–C) in Maths & English (or equivalent) - Intermediate Excel skills - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills - Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines - High attention to detail and accuracy Desirable: - 2+ years in a finance role - Experience using Sage and Microsoft Business Central - Previous logistics or industry experience  What’s on Offer?
