My client, a growing AI firm, are looking for a Finance Co-Ordinator to join their dynamic and growing team . This role will be to drive excellence across every aspect of their financial processes.

Experience in a start up and scaling business is imperative for this role!

The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Operations, the wider senior leadership team, and the finance partners to maintain the financial health of the business.

This position is ideal for an experienced finance administrator who thrives in a dynamic, fast-scaling environment, someone who combines precision with commercial insight, and who takes pride in keeping the business running smoothly and transparently.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoice management: Prepare invoices for approval and dispatch.
• Cashflow control: Track and chase outstanding invoices through to payment, maintaining healthy cashflow visibility and proactive follow-up.
• Accounts payable: Review and process incoming invoices, ensuring timely payment and appropriate approvals from the Director of Operations or Senior Leadership Team.
• Financial liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between bookkeepers, ensuring daily and weekly reconciliation and clear communication on all finance and expense matters.
• Financial reporting: Support the company's accountants in preparing monthly reports, providing accurate data and insights to meet reporting deadlines.
• Payroll & compliance: Assist in monthly payroll processing, pensions, tax, and benefits, overseeing checks, approvals, and compliance requirements.
• Ad hoc finance projects: Provide additional financial support as needed, helping to refine systems, streamline processes, and strengthen financial governance.
