Job Responsibilities- Carry out finishing tasks on manufactured products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Inspect finished items for defects and ensure compliance with specifications
- Operate finishing machinery and tools safely and efficiently
- Apply surface treatments, coatings, or other finishing processes as required
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Assist in the preparation of products for dispatch, including packaging and labelling
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications- Previous experience in a finishing or manufacturing environment is preferred
- Good attention to detail and high standards of quality assurance
- Ability to operate finishing machinery and hand tools safely

- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations within a manufacturing setting
