Fleet Administrator
Location: Coventry
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
Salary: £26,000-£28,000 DOE
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Fleet Administrator to work for our client at their Head Office in Coventry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and is confident in managing high-volume administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities - Process parking fines and driver penalties.
- Manage and maintain high-volume spreadsheets.
- Handle a large volume of emails and telephone calls, ensuring professional and clear communication at all times.
- Raise and manage Purchase Orders.
Skills & Experience
- Previous fleet administration experience.
- Excellent organisation skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Competent to advanced Excel ability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience of working in high-volume administrative environments.
- Licence checks
