Manpower is currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver (double handler preferred) to join a well-established client in Castleford/ Normanton. What You'll Be Doing- Loading & Unloading (60%) - Safely handling palletised goods in a fast-paced environment
- FLT Operation - Moving stock efficiently across the yard and warehouse
- Yard & Shunting Duties - Supporting vehicle movements and keeping the yard organised
- General Warehouse Tasks - Assisting with daily site operations and manual handling
Shift Pattern- 4 on / 4 off rotation
- Day shifts: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Pay & Benefits- Basic Rate: £13.34
- Night Shift Allowance: £1.87 per hour for hours 22:00-06:00
- Overtime Rates:
- £15.57 (weekday overtime)
- £17.70 (Saturday)
- £20.70 (Sunday)

What We're Looking For- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
