FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative (Days)
Location: Shipley, BD17
Salary: £27,300 per annum + Overtime paid after 37.5 hours
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (8:00am - 4:00pm during training)

Due to continued business growth, they are seeking a reliable and motivated FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative to join their day shift team on a permanent basis.
The Role
As an FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement of stock and materials throughout the warehouse and production areas. This is a varied position combining forklift driving responsibilities with general warehouse duties in a fast-paced but friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate forklift trucks to move materials and products around site (Counterbalance and Reach)
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Build pallets and prepare goods for dispatch
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders
- Move stock between departments and storage locations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
- Carry out daily equipment and forklift checks, reporting any defects
- Assist with stock control and inventory processes
- Support with general warehouse duties as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A valid Counterbalance and Reach FLT licence
- Previous experience in a warehouse and forklift driving position
- Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures
- Basic PC skills and confidence using stock control or warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive and reliable approach to work
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
