Job Responsibilities- Operate reach trucks safely and efficiently to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count stock items within the warehouse.
- Ensure accurate picking and packing of goods in accordance with order specifications.
- Conduct daily safety checks on equipment and report any faults or issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and productivity.
- Assist with stock counts and inventory management as required.
- Follow company policies and health & safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck forklift certification (licence must be current and valid).
- Previous experience operating reach trucks within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures related to forklift operation.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Physical fitness to handle the demands of warehouse work, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on safety and accuracy.
