Berkeley Scott is proud to partner with a 4-star boutique hotel in an undisclosed location in North Wales to recruit a Food and Beverage Manager with strong operational and leadership experience. They are looking for a strong candidate or someone looking for a first time appointment as an Food and Beverage Manager, you will be reporting directly to the General Manager. This role will play a key part in the hotel’s ongoing development as part of an independent hotel group with planned growth across its portfolio.

This opportunity is suitable for an experienced Restaurant Manager or Assistnat Food and Beverage ready to step into a management role.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all Food & Beverage operations within the hotel

• Support the General Manager with the overall day-to-day running of the hotel

• Act as Duty Manager when required

• Maintain service standards in line with a 4-star operation

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations

• Support team scheduling, training, and operational performance

About You

• Proven experience in Food & Beverage operations within hospitality

• Proven experience within events such as weddings

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

• Strong operational, organisational, and communication skills

• Experience working within a hotel or similar hospitality environment

• A consistent approach to service quality and guest satisfaction
