Foundry Operative Stourbridge Shift: 5:00am – 2:00pm Monday to Friday Pay: £13.00 per hour (rising to £14.50–£15.00 once permanent) + overtime available  We are currently recruiting Foundry Operatives for a respected leader in the casting industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to secure long-term, stable employment in manufacturing.  Role – Foundry Operative As a Foundry Operative, you will:
- Assist in all aspects of the casting process within the foundry - Prepare moulds and cores for production - Operate machinery safely and efficiently - Work in a physically demanding environment - Support the production team to meet deadlines
 Requirements – Foundry Operative
- Previous experience as a Foundry Operative, production operative, or within heavy industry is desirable, but full training is provided - Strong work ethic and reliability - Ability to work in hot, fast-paced conditions - Team player with good attention to detail
 What’s on offer:
- Starting pay at £13.00 per hour, rising to £14.50–£15.00 once permanent - Regular overtime available to significantly increase earnings - Consistent early shift (5am–2pm) - Long-term opportunities with a highly respected foundry
