Fuel Management Administrator Salary: £25,100 Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm Location: Longwell Green Job Purpose As a Fuel Management Administrator, you will work closely with the Fuel Operations Manager and Fuel Management Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of our fuel management services. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can balance efficiency with accuracy to help maintain high standards across all aspects of fuel coordination and customer communication. Main Duties " Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all rental contracts that include fuel management services. " Communicate regularly with customers to understand generator usage and fuel consumption patterns. " Calculate fuel usage across contracts to program efficient fuel intervals-balancing cost-efficiency with safety to prevent generator run-outs. " Generate and process all paperwork related to fuel management, including delivery notes, job sheets, purchase orders, and delivery documentation. " Raise and accurately price sales orders using internal tools, ensuring all Proof of Deliveries PODs are in place for timely customer invoicing. " Liaise with the Accounts Department to support all aspects of fuel management invoicing, including resolving billing queries and non-payment issues. " Adhere to company Health & Safety policies and ensure a tidy and safe working environment-including maintaining cleanliness in company vehicles. " Comply with ISO 9001:2015 procedures and contribute to the company's ongoing continuous improvement initiatives. Skills & Experience " Strong organisational and communication skills " Competent in mathematics, with the ability to calculate fuel usage and apply pricing rates accurately " Proficient in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Excel " Able to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment " Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a team " Desirable: " Geographical knowledge and/or experience in route planning Additional Information Please note: All successful candidates will be subject to a DBS check and reference verification due to the nature of our work.
