Fulfilment Agent (TRANSPORT) - Wednesday - Sunday, 37.5 hrs

Competitive Pay: £12.82 p/h, overtime rates of £19.23 p/h. Weekends paid at £19.23 p/h . Rates are PAYE, 28 days holiday per year which increase with length of service.

Shifts: Wednesday - Sunday - 0600-14.00, 37.5 hrs, (+ Overtime when required)

Responsibilities:

• Support transport compliance including physical vehicle checks and Administer Fuel Cards, Fuel Receipts & reconciliation.
• Admin of drivers delivery documentation
• Communicating with customers about deliveries/feedback and arranging access for drivers
• Deliver excellent service on the phone and email.
• Support and work with the office team in all other aspects of administration as required.
• Maintain office hygiene standards and demonstrate safe working practices.
• Follow and adhere to client policies, procedures, and code of conduct
• Support the Transport Controller with Health & safety Administration.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Transport or Transport admin would be beneficial
• Outstanding customer service
• Computer literate
• Successful candidates require a DBS check.
