General Assistant – Agency Staff - West Midlands

We are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking General Assistants to join our agency team, supporting a variety of hospitality and catering sites across the West Midlands.

This is a fantastic opportunity for flexible workers looking for regular shifts in busy environments, including staff restaurants, schools, event venues, and contract catering sites.

Key Duties May Include:

• Basic food preparation and kitchen support

• Serving customers and maintaining service areas

• Pot wash and general cleaning duties

• Supporting chefs and front-of-house teams

• Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous hospitality, catering, or kitchen experience preferred

• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

• Reliability and good timekeeping

• Current Food Safety Level 2 Certificate

• Current Food Allergen Certificate

• Own transport is beneficial due to multiple site locations

What We Offer:

• Hourly rates from £12.21 to £16.00, depending on location and shift timings
