Job Description

WE’RE HIRING: Highways General Foreman
Bypass Project | 3-Month Contract | £300–£350 per shift

We’re looking for an experienced Highways General Foreman to lead and supervise operatives on an exciting bypass project. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong site leader with solid highways and civils experience.

‍?? The Role:

  • Supervising and coordinating site operatives

  • Overseeing daily site activities to ensure work is delivered safely and efficiently

  • Ensuring works are completed to programme and specification

  • Maintaining high health & safety standards on site

  • Liaising with site management and subcontractors

Experience Required:

? Highways projects
? Cycle lane construction
? Walking route / footpath works
? General civils
? Drainage installation
? Proven experience supervising site teams
