We’re seeking a talented General Catering Manager to oversee the food and beverage operations at this stunning location, in the heart of  West Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark in a high-profile, visitor-focused environment known for its natural beauty and biodiversity.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and inspire a dedicated team across multiple catering outlets, delivering exceptional customer experiences

• Oversee day-to-day operations including staffing, service standards, budgeting, and compliance

• Work closely with our chefs to develop seasonal menus and ensure quality, sustainability, and efficiency

• Drive innovation in events and commercial catering, aligned with the clients' mission and ethos

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in managing high-volume catering or hospitality operations

• A hands-on, customer-focused leader with strong financial and people management skills

• Passion for sustainability, local sourcing, and creating memorable dining experiences

• A flexible, can-do attitude – though primarily daytime hours, occasional evenings may be required for events
