About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for General Operators to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Swindon. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a highly regulated production environment where quality, safety, and attention to detail are essential. You will play a key role in supporting production and packaging operations while ensuring products are manufactured to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities- Carry out manual packing and packaging of pharmaceutical products.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for gowning and working within cleanroom environments.
- Support material handling activities and transfer materials into production and packing areas.
- Maintain stock levels of production consumables and ensure materials remain within expiry dates.
- Perform cleaning and routine maintenance of equipment and production areas.
- Complete packaging, labelling, line clearance, and in-process quality checks.
- Identify and report any quality or process issues to Team Leaders, Managers, or Quality Assurance teams.
- Complete all production records accurately in line with GMP and Data Integrity requirements.
- Adhere to all health, safety, quality, and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
What We're Looking ForEssential Requirements- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain concentration and accuracy throughout a shift.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow written procedures.
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated approach to work.
Desirable Experience- Previous experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing, food production, or another regulated manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of GMP, GDP, and Data Integrity principles.
- Experience working within production, packaging, manufacturing, or cleanroom environments.
