After two consecutive years of record sales and profitability, a leading Cardiff-based construction consultancy is continuing to grow — and are looking for a motivated Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. With an exciting pipeline of projects already secured for the year ahead, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone enthusiastic, driven, and eager to build a long-term career in quantity surveying. You’ll be supported by an experienced team and gain hands-on exposure to a wide range of development projects across Wales and beyond.  ?? What You’ll Be Doing: •            Assisting senior surveyors throughout all stages of the project lifecycle •            Supporting cost planning, estimates, and tender documentation •            Attending site visits and client meetings to build practical experience •            Helping with valuations, variations, and contract administration •            Contributing to a diverse portfolio of live projects ?? Who We’d Love to Hear From: •            Graduates with a Quantity Surveying degree •            Candidates with placement experience or early-career industry exposure •            Final-year students due to graduate soon ??
