We're looking for an experienced Handyperson to join a busy construction site.
Duties include: ?? Filling holes in concrete ?? Preparing work areas for other trades ?? Temporary carpentry including formwork and temporary doors ?? General site duties as instructed by site management
Requirements: ? Minimum 2 years' handyman experience ? CSCS Card (Green or Blue – trade card preferred) ? Basic carpentry/bricklaying tool kit ? BPSS clearance (must be in place or currently in progress before starting – we can organise this) ? Basic DBS certificate (must already be held or you're willing to apply for one before starting)
?? Pay: • Standard rate: £19.00 per hour (Umbrella) • Up to £23.00 per hour (Umbrella) available for highly experienced candidates with a relevant trade CSCS card.
