We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen operation for a prestigious contract catering site. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering high-quality food with consistency.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food and service.

• Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to the highest standards.

• Manage stock control, ordering, and kitchen budgets.

• Ensure full compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations.

• Collaborate with clients and colleagues, using strong communication skills to build excellent relationships.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef (contract catering or similar setting desirable).

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communicator, confident in client interaction.

• Organised, creative, and financially astute.

• Passion for food, service, and innovation.

The offer:
