We’re looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen at our brand-new B&I site, serving high-quality breakfasts and lunches, with hospitality support when required. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a fresh food operation and help shape the culinary direction of a rapidly growing contract catering company where food is at the forefront of everything we do.

About the Role:

• Lead a busy kitchen delivering 200–250 fresh lunches daily

• Create and cook vibrant, fresh dishes including street food specials, salad bar options, and hot mains

• Oversee breakfast service and occasional hospitality catering

• Manage, mentor, and nurture a small, passionate team, developing their skills and confidence

• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety

Hours & Benefits:

• Monday to Friday, predominantly daytime hours

• Very few evenings required

‍ About You:

• Strong culinary skills and a passion for fresh, innovative food

• Proven experience in a contract catering environment (ideal but not essential)

• A natural leader who can inspire and develop their team

• Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced service environment
