The venues are more than just pubs – they are social hubs. From seasonal menus and outdoor BBQs to comedy nights, wine festivals, and cocktail evenings, there truly is something for everyone.

The Role
As Head Chef, you will lead from the front, overseeing a large and talented team of chefs. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional food standards, developing innovative seasonal menus, and ensuring a consistently outstanding dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and inspire a large kitchen team
• Drive consistency and excellence in food quality and presentation
• Develop and evolve seasonal menus in line with the brand vision
• Manage kitchen operations, including stock control, GP, and labour costs
• Foster a positive, motivated, and high-performing team culture
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and compliance

About You

• Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume, fresh food environment
• A natural leader who thrives on developing and motivating teams
• Strong financial acumen and organisational skills
• Passionate about food, creativity, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Energetic, hands-on, and leads by example
• Excellent communication and managerial abilities
