What’s in it for you - Salary of £45,000 – £55,000 including car allowance, depending on experience - Clear progression pathway towards a Training Manager position - The opportunity to increase earnings via delivering training on Saturdays and completing NVQ assessments - not mandatory - The opportunity to shape and influence construction safety standards - A respected consultancy with a strong reputation in the industry - Becoming part of a family orientated growing business with a supportive culture focused on professional development and growth  As a Health and Safety Trainer, you’ll be: - Delivering face to face Health & Safety training to the construction industry across various client sites and training centres within the region - Updating and developing training materials in line with current regulations - Working collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve training quality - Keeping knowledge current with industry standards and best practice  To succeed as a Health and Safety Trainer, you’ll bring: - A NEBOSH Construction Certificate or NEBOSH Diploma - A recognised training qualification such as AET, PTLLS or equivalent - CITB and IPAF or PASMA certification - Experience delivering training within the construction sector or working in construction management. - Strong communication and presentation skills - Flexibility to travel occasionally to regional sites and training centres  This Health and Safety Trainer position is ideal for someone with ambition and has a genuine commitment to improving safety outcomes across the construction industry.
