| Class 1 Driver / LGV 1 Driver / HGV 1 Driver / CE Driver Location: Banbury Shifts: Monday to Friday (AM starts between 03:00 - 06:00) Pay: £22.00/hour - Basic (up to 50 hours) £29.33/hour - Overtime (over 50 hours) £33.00/hour - Saturdays (when working over 50 hours in the week) Contract Type: Ongoing until end of 2025 ________________________________________ Join Our Team as a Class 1 Driver! Pertemps has an excellent opportunity for professional LGV 1 Drivers to join our client's team based in Banbury, delivering to nationwide retail stores. This is a fantastic chance to become part of a well-organised, friendly transport team - with regular shifts, great support, and long-term work security. ________________________________________ What You Will Be Doing " Carrying out nationwide store deliveries (4-5 per shift on average) " Working approximately 10 hours per shift " Unloading lightweight stock at delivery points " Providing excellent customer service and representing the brand professionally " Completing daily vehicle checks and adhering to tachograph and driver regulations " Managing your time effectively to ensure all deliveries are made safely and efficiently ________________________________________ What We Are Looking For " A valid UK Class 1 (Category CE) licence " Minimum 180 days Class 1 driving experience in the UK within the last 2 years " Valid CPC (DQC) and Digital Tachograph Card " Maximum 6 penalty points (no DR or IN convictions) " A good understanding of driver hours and regulations " A positive, reliable, and professional attitude ________________________________________ Why Work With Us?
