HGV Class 2 (HIAB) Driver - Temp to Perm Opportunity
Location: Dingwall Area
Pay Rate: £15.86 per hour (PAYE) - Weekly Pay
Hours: Monday to Friday - 07:00 Start (No evenings or overnights)
Manpower is recruiting on behalf of one of our well-established clients for an experienced HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver in the Dingwall area.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, with the potential to secure a permanent position for the right candidate. Permanent opportunities may also be considered immediately for suitable applicants.

The Role
You will be delivering building materials from the branch to both commercial and residential customers, ensuring goods are transported safely and efficiently.
Duties include:
- Operating a HIAB (Grab/Remote) for loading and unloading
- Completing a mix of kerbside and site deliveries (approximately 10-14 drops per day)
- Carrying out vehicle checks before and after each shift
- Ensuring loads are secure and compliant with regulations
- Providing excellent customer service as the face of the business
- Working in a variety of environments, including outdoor and potentially muddy sites
What we're looking for
- Valid Class 2 (Cat C) licence
- CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Valid HIAB licence (Grab/Remote essential)
- Strong focus on health and safety and compliance
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently and professionally
