Job Description
We are currently seeking a Nightshift HGV Technician on behalf of our client, an Automotive Service Department based in the Caerphilly area!

The successful Nighshift HGV Fitter can expect a salary of up to £45,760 with OTE of circa £45,760 with nightshift working hours - which are Monday to Friday, 10:00pm-6:00am. 

Our Client is looking for a Nightshift HGV Technician to join their busy team, this is a full-time position and our client is looking for individuals with previous working experience within the role.

- Starting salary of £21-22 per hour plus overtime paid at time and a half.
- Access to further training for HGV license, tacho certifications and MOT license.
- 20 days annual leave plus the 8 bank holidays

- Nightshift working hours, which are Monday to Friday, 10:00pm-6:00am.

Typical Duties for our client include, but are not limited to:

- Servicing, repair and Maintenance of HGVs
- Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
- Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
- Completion of MOT preparation

Requirements:

- Previous working experience within the role
- Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Excellent mechanical knowledge
- A Class 1 Licence may be beneficial to your application
