Role Responsibilities

• Deliver planned lessons and interventions across a range of subjects
• Support teachers in classroom management, assessment, and student engagement
• Work with small groups and individual students to boost progress and confidence
• Assist in planning and preparation of learning resources
• Ensure all learners, including those with SEND, are supported and challenged
• Contribute to whole-school initiatives and extra-curricular activities

Ideal Candidate

• Holds HLTA status or equivalent experience
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Knowledgeable about safeguarding, inclusive strategies, and curriculum support
• Enthusiastic about education, student development, and making a positive impact
