Role & Responsibilities:

• Small group work, focusing on literacy & numeracy intervention
• ALN support where required
• Assistance with planning & preparation of lessons
• lead pre-planned lessons set by the teacher
• Supporting in-class delivery
• Maintaining an engaging and nurturing classroom environment

What We're Looking For:

• A highly skilled and experienced HLTA with an L4 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Enhanced DBS Check - Ensuring a safe and secure learning environment for all students is our top priority. This can be done with us at Supply Desk if not already in receipt.
• EWC Registration - A commitment to professionalism and excellence in education is essential.
