About the Role

We’re currently recruiting an experienced Hotel Guest Services Manager for a prestigious hotel client.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to lead the front office team. Delivering exceptional guest experiences, while ensuring smooth day to day operation of reception.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the reception team
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable first impressions for every guest
• Manage team rotas and staffing levels in line with the business needs
• Drive upselling opportunities and promote hotel facilities
• Handle guest enquiries and resolvr issues professionally

Requirements

• Previous management experience within a hotel reception/ fronnt office environment.

• A confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.

• Calm under pressure with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
