Hotel Manager

An exciting opportunity for an experienced and hands-on Hotel Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy hotel in Manchester. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving financial performance, maintaining high operational standards, and developing a motivated, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all hotel operations, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction and service standards.
• Drive revenue, profitability, budgeting, and cost control.
• Recruit, coach, and develop department managers and teams.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, legal, and brand standards.
• Manage guest feedback and service recovery effectively.
• Work closely with sales and revenue teams to maximise occupancy and market share.
• Foster a positive, engaged, and performance-driven culture.

About You

• Previous Hotel Manager experience within a hotel environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, and labour costs.
• Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction and business performance.
• Passion for developing people and leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organised, resilient, and customer focused.
