Hotel Receptionist - Bristol

Location: Almondsbury, Bristol
Contract Type: Temporary, with potential for temp-to-perm or permanent placement
Hours: part-time

About the Role

We’re currently recruiting a reliable and enthusiastic Receptionist to join a busy Hotel environment in Bristol. Hours work on a rota basis.
This is a hands-on role supporting the Hotel with greeting , check-in check-out , reservations/bookings and addressing guest inquiries or complaints.

Key Responsibilities

- check in check out

- support reception manager

- address guest inquiries

Requirements

  • Experience with OPERA software.

  • Previous experience in a hotel reception environment.

  • Good social skills and desire to help others.

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
