We are currently recruiting a Temporary Administrator to support a personnel file audit project based on-site in Burntisland. This is a fixed-term role for 6 weeks, ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Contract Details:
- Duration: 6 weeks - Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) - Location: Fully on-site - Burntisland - Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and auditing personnel files to ensure they are complete and compliant - Identifying and flagging any missing or inconsistent documentation - Organising, scanning, and archiving records - Maintaining confidentiality and data protection at all times - Liaising with internal teams as required for file updates or clarification
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience, ideally in HR or compliance - High level of attention to detail and accuracy - Strong organisational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Confidentiality and professionalism essential
