HR Administrator – 3-Month Temp | £13.74/hr | Hybrid | City of London
Are you an organised, proactive HR professional looking for your next opportunity in a dynamic insurance environment? We’re hiring a temporary HR Administrator to join the People team at their City of London offices on a 3-month temporary contract.
Start Date: ASAP (subject to security checks)
Pay: £13.74 per hour (PAYE)
Location: Hybrid – 2–3 days in-office (Mondays required)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide essential admin support for a major HR transformation project - Handle employee queries with professionalism and care - Collaborate closely with HR colleagues and business stakeholders
What They’re Looking For:
- Solid HR admin experience in a fast-paced setting - Sharp attention to detail and a proactive mindset - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Experience of using HR systems - Ability to prioritise tasks, adapt to change, and manage your own workload - A team player who builds positive relationships across the business
