Job Role: HR Advisor - This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about people and thrives on variety Location: Droitwich – due to the location you must have access to your own car Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm (no hybrid or remote working) The Company: This is a highly successful Accountancy Firm - the firm has grown to 7 offices within the Midlands, they are now one of the largest independent accountancy firms in the region. Key Responsibilities: - Working closely with the Senior HR Advisor as well as Managers and Partners to provide full, professional support across the practice - Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation - Support payroll and employee benefits administration - Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits - Help implement and maintain HR policies in compliance with legislation and company policies and standards - Support performance management and employee review processes - Monitor and report on HR statistics - Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive HR data  What We’re Looking For: - Up to date employment law and legislation - Employee Relations knowledge with the ability to influence at all levels including partners/managers - Practical and logical ability to problem solve quickly - Ability to design clear and fair company policies - Proven experience with Statutory calculations - Knowledge and experience of dealing with performance improvement and welfare cases - CIPD qualified or working towards - Prior experience in an HR capacity |
