Job Title: HR Advisor
About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Advisor to join our HRBP team in Derry/L'derry. This role is critical in supporting the day-to-day HR operations, with a strong focus on the application of HR Policy and Procedures and payroll administration. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative processes and compliance with internal policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities * Assist Managers in implementing and maintaining the Attendance Management Policy & Procedure. * Supporting Managers in the implementation of employee relations procedures such as discipline and grievance. * Maintain accurate attendance records. * Liaise with managers to ensure consistent application of attendance policies. * Collaborate with Managers and teams across the site to support 4-weekly payroll processing. * Ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll data and resolve discrepancies. * Maintain confidentiality and compliance with payroll-related regulations. * Provide administrative support across the HRBP team as required * Support HRBP-led initiatives such as audits, policy updates, and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications & Experience: * Minimum of 2 years' experience in a HR role, to include supporting Mangers in the application of HR polices and procedures * Experience in the application of employee relations procedures such as discipline and grievance. * Highly diligent, with strong attention to detail * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, and HRIS systems * Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. * Familiarity with UK employment law and HR best practices is a plus.
