HR Business Partner - Exeter /Weston Contract: 2 months Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday–Friday £20.49ph ( weekly pay ) We are recruiting for an Assistant HR Business Partner to join a busy People team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who can provide practical, values-led HR support and hit the ground running.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day employee relations casework and provide advice to managers. - Support recruitment and wider HR processes, ensuring compliance with policies and employment legislation. - Work alongside HR Business Partners on People Plans and improvement initiatives. - Build strong relationships with managers and colleagues at all levels. - Support HR reporting, data analysis and workforce initiatives.
About you:
- Strong HR and employment law knowledge. - Proven employee relations experience. - Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. - Experience handling confidential information and HR data. - Full UK driving licence.
